As Another Set of Eyes has expanded beyond the United Kingdom into Austria and Hungary, the need for a multilingual experience has become increasingly important. Supporting customers in their own language is a natural step in ensuring
organisations can deliver knowledge consistently across borders while providing the level of service they expect.
The new capability allows users to navigate the platform, access learning content, and interact with AI-powered features in their preferred language, helping organisations improve communication and support increasingly international workforces.
"When I arrived in the UK in 2006, I didn't speak English. I experienced first-hand how much time, effort, and confidence it takes to learn a new language while trying to build a career and a life. That experience has stayed with me,"
said Ferenc Boroczky, Founder of Another Set of Eyes.
"Our customers operate across different countries, cultures, and languages. We believe technology should help people understand what matters most in the language they know best, while also supporting them as they develop the language skills of the country they live and work in. That's why we've launched our multilingual experience—not simply to translate software, but to make learning, communication, and knowledge more accessible for everyone."

The multilingual experience supports organisations across transport, logistics, manufacturing, construction, education, sport, and cultural heritage, allowing teams to access operational knowledge in the language that works best for them.
The first phase of the multilingual experience will launch with English, German, and Hungarian. These languages have been selected to ensure customers receive a consistently high standard of platform documentation, onboarding, and live customer support from day one. Additional languages will be introduced over time as the platform continues to expand into new markets. The multilingual experience will be available from August 2026, with further languages and capabilities planned in future platform releases.
Understanding shouldn't depend on the language someone happens to speak. We believe technology should adapt to people—not the other way around. As we've expanded internationally, we've seen how important it is to support organisations not only with multilingual software, but also with multilingual documentation and customer support. This launch is another step towards making workplace learning more accessible, inclusive, and effective.
