Built on the Another set of eyes platform, the solution enabled employees to complete short, practical learning modules tailored to their role. Rather than introducing another complex technology project, the programme focused on making learning simple, accessible, and easy to fit around day-to-day operational responsibilities.
"This project wasn't just about delivering digital training—it was about helping people feel confident before a significant operational change," said Ferenc Boroczky, Founder of Another Set of Eyes.
"Large organisations need solutions that can be deployed quickly without disrupting existing ways of working. By keeping the experience simple and accessible across every device, we helped MÁV Group deliver consistent learning to more than 1,500 colleagues in just four weeks."
The platform required no software installation, provided role-based learning experiences, supported access across multiple devices, and gave managers live insight into training progress throughout the rollout.
The successful project strengthens Another set of eyes' growing presence in Central Europe and demonstrates how organisations can rapidly transform existing documents and operational guidance into engaging digital learning experiences without lengthy implementation projects.
